The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the SPOON as shown in the drawings; the SPOON presents a slightly raised serpentine-like narrow band which extends across the width of the top surface of the SPOON handle and along the length thereof. The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design. Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the SPOON;Fig. 2 is a plan view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is an end elevation view thereof; andFig. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6 - 6 of Fig. 2.Diagrams of the design are included. |
