The vehicle (1) has a movable aerodynamic element (2) whose position on a case (3) of the vehicle defines bearing capacity and pullover capacity of the vehicle. Control devices are provided with a controlling unit (6), a shutter position detection unit (10), displacement actuators (11), a vehicle travel rate detection unit (13) and a guiding unit, and control displacement of the aerodynamic element to control the aerodynamic element according to change of state of an equipment i.e. blocking device (4), embarked on the vehicle.
