The element has an elongated and tapered spindle (1) including a lower diaphyseal part (1a) with an axial symmetry with respect to a longitudinal axis (XX), and an upper metaphyseal part (1b) in which a cavity (2) of a transverse cross section is formed, where the element is fixed in a human body and made of titanium. A plane surface (20) of the metaphyseal part is inclined at an angle of 41 or 37 degrees opposite to the axis. The metaphyseal part includes overthickness (3) arranged at opposite to cavity with respect to the axis. The cavity is offset toward a lower edge of the surface.
