PURPOSE: A solar power generating apparatus and a solar power generating system are provided to improve the convenience and the managing efficiency by verifying the abnormality of the solar power generating apparatus based on monitoring information. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(111) generates electricity using solar energy. A charging controller(113) receives the electricity from the solar cell. A charging battery(115) is charged by receiving the electricity from the charging controller. A monitoring communication unit(150) generates monitoring information and wirelessly transmits the information to a terminal(102). The terminal wirelessly receives the information from the monitoring communication unit. |
