The head-rest (9) has a front part (15) forming a support face and movable on a fixed rear part (13) between a retracted position and a side position on a side of the head-rest, where the front part is in a central zone of the head-rest. Circumference (11) of the head-rest is fixed on a seat of a vehicle. The front part is mobile in rotation around a rotation axis (A). The front part is connected to a rotation axis on a level of a lower edge of the head-rest. The thickness of the front part is twice not greater than that of the fixed rear part. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle.
