PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a switched capacitor circuit which suppresses in-phase input fluctuation of an operational amplifier at the time of single/differential conversion in the switched capacitor circuit, and allows conversion under a low power source voltage or high speed conversion. SOLUTION: The circuit includes a voltage generation unit 20 which makes a second input signal (voltage VH) which is supplied to one end sides of capacitors C1, C2, C3, C4 for sampling to be an intermediate voltage between a first signal input voltage VIP and a first reference signal voltage VIN in a sampling mode when switching the capacitors C1 to C4 of an input side of an operational amplifier 110 in the sampling mode and hold mode by a switch circuit SW, and converting a single phase input signal to a differential output signal.
