PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for packaging, which shows sufficient oxygen absorbing characteristics in a relatively short period in the presence of oxygen, suppression in generation of odor which accompanies oxygen absorption, and further excellent transparency and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The resin composition for packaging includes a constitution that an oxygen absorptive resin composition containing a cyclized product of a conjugated diene polymer is dispersed in a polyamide resin having a terminal amino group concentration of at most 30 eq/10<SP>6</SP>g. Preferably, the oxygen absorptive resin composition contains a softening agent and has a glass transition temperature in the range of -30 to +30°C is preferred. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
