PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle device and an injection device, capable of securing excellent injection efficiency by effectively generating powder dry ice. SOLUTION: The injection device 1 includes a nozzle device having a carrier gas supply pipe 10 and a CO<SB>2</SB>supply pipe 11 connected with the carrier gas supply pipe. The carrier gas supply pipe 10 includes a carrier side introduction section 23 in which a carrier gas is introduced, a carrier side throttle section 24 connected with the carrier side introduction section 23 at a downstream side of a first flow direction, wherein an opening cross-sectioned area is smaller than an opening cross-sectioned area of the carrier side introduction section 23, a first enlargement section 25 connected with the carrier side throttle section 24 at a downstream side of the first flow direction, wherein an opening cross-sectioned area is gradually enlarged from the carrier side throttle section 24 to the downstream side of the first flow direction, and an injection section 26 connected with the first enlargement section 25 at a downstream side of the first flow direction, wherein an opening cross-sectioned area includes the injection section 26 having a first straight section 27 approximately equivalent in the first flow direction.
