PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher, which provides stably high sealing performance between an opening of a washing tub and a door and also provides the door with high operability. SOLUTION: The dishwasher with high quality including a seal member 11 arranged at the upper part and side of the front 20 of the body 1 includes: a first seal 11a; and a tongue including a second seal 11b formed integrally with the seal 11a and tilting inward to the washing tub 2. The cross section of the seal 11a is shaped in a hollow and rough oval whose curvature of the front semicircular section is smaller than that of the rear semicircular section. The dishwasher reduces the force for closing the door 6, provides an easy and stable double seal, and prevents the seal 11 from degrading. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
