PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of attaching a threshing tooth, a method of detaching a threshing tooth and an attaching mechanism of threshing tooth, to a threshing cylinder, simplified in attaching work of a new threshing tooth and changing work of a worn out threshing tooth so as to facilitate attaching/detaching of the threshing tooth to/from the thresher. SOLUTION: There is provided a threshing tooth attaching mechanism 100 to a threshing cylinder, wherein through-holes 4A and 5A perforated through attaching seats 4 and 5 of a threshing tooth 3 are fitted to attaching holes 1B and 1C perforated through a surrounding plate 1A of a threshing cylinder 1 and the threshing tooth is fixed on the surrounding plate of the threshing cylinder with fastening members 20 inserted through the through-hole and the attaching hole.
