PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bolt from tilting and a fixture from unexpectedly falling, upon attaching the fixture to the bolt. SOLUTION: A bolt receiver 30 is fixed to the internal circumferential face 11A of a casing 11. The bolt receiver 30 includes a fixing piece 31 to which a bolt 40 is fixed, and a regulating piece 33 that is disposed to face the front face of the fixing piece 31 and comprises a through-hole 33H for the shaft 41 of the bolt 40 to pass therethrough. Further, a fixture 20 is attached to the shaft 41 of the bolt 40. The fixture 20 includes a pressing piece 21 that allows the shaft 41 to pass therethrough and presses down a filter frame 13, an opposing piece 23 that allows the shaft 41 to pass therethrough and is disposed to face the back of the pressing piece 21, and a connecting piece 22 that connects the opposing piece 23 and the pressing piece 21. The opposing piece 23 is disposed between the regulating piece 33 and the fixing piece 31, and the pressing piece 21 is disposed to face the front face of the regulating piece 33.
