<p>Disclosed is a phased-array synthetic aperture sonar system in which processing speed does not decrease although sonar image accuracy is improved. The phased-array synthetic aperture sonar system comprises: a phased-array distribution device (8) which distributes received data input from a plurality of receiving elements arranged on a platform, with each lot of data received at the same time being distributed to a plurality of phased-array processing devices (9); the plurality of phased-array processing devices (9) which perform phased-array processing of the received data in parallel; a data shaping buffer device (10) which transmits phased-array processing results that are output from the plurality of phased-array processing devices (9), said results being transmitted to a synthetic aperture processing device (11) in the receiving order of the received data; and the synthetic aperture processing device (11) which performs synthetic aperture processing using the plurality of phased-array results that were sent.</p> |
