Specifically disclosed is a photosensitive conductive paste which is characterized by containing (A) a compound that has an alkoxy group, (B) a photosensitive component that has an unsaturated double bond and a glass transition temperature within the range of 5-40°C, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a conductive filler.</p> |
