<p>Provided is a novel system wherein it is possible for a user to obtain an accurate colony count measurement result without having the knowledge or experience of using special equipment. An image data of a film-type culture medium (10), after a sample has been incubated in a culture layer and while being placed on a tray (20), is imported by means of a universal scanner (30) or a digital camera and is received from a user, and a corrected image data in which the tilt, position, and image quality of said original image data are corrected is created. As a consequence, it is possible to perform an accurate colony count under unified standards by eliminating the individual differences which arise from the specifications of the equipment used for importing the original image data or the misalignment of the position when importing same. A user can use the tray (20) which is displayed with position recognition markers (24a to 24d) that are consulted during tilt correction, and a color chart (25) and a grey-scale chart (26) that are consulted during pixel correction, as the original image data importing tool.</p> |
