<p>The invention relates to a honeycomb structure that filters charged gases and particles, said structure being characterized in that: a) the filtering walls of said honeycomb structure are made of a material having, after curing, a mean heat expansion coefficient that is measured between 25° C and 1100° C and is less than 2.5 x 10-6 K-1, and b) the material making up the plugs includes a filler formed of refractive grains, the melting temperature of which is greater than 1500° C and the median diameter of which is between 5 and 50 microns, said material also including a vitreous bond phase.</p> |
