<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct shaken images in the entire image, based on highly reliable motion vectors in the entire image. <P>SOLUTION: A shaken image correction device includes a region vector detector (102) for detecting motion vectors in a plurality of regions in an image, a degree of reliability determination unit (103) for determining each degree of reliability in each of the motion vectors in a plurality of the regions, a region instruction unit (105) for instructing the region vector detector to detect a new detection-target region as substitute for the region in which a motion vector determined to be low in reliability has been detected, an image vector calculator (106) for calculating the motion vectors in the entire image from the motion vector determined to be high in reliability, and a shaking correction unit (107) for correcting the shakings of images by shifting the entire image which should be output depending on the motion vectors of the entire image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
