<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently operate materials managed by a manager at a work site by obtaining immediately the materials required by a user in advance and by obtaining reliably the operation state of the materials at the work site. <P>SOLUTION: A material operation management system includes: a reservation accept means 12 which accepts use reservation of the materials based on reservation information containing the item name, use construction section, use period and number of used materials regarding the materials to be used; a lending management means 16 which manages lending of the materials by reading an ID card 32 owned by a dealer and a barcode 34 of a key 33 for using the materials upon lending the materials; a return management means 17 which manages return of the materials by reading the ID card 32 of the dealer and the barcode 34 of the key 33 for using the materials upon returning the materials; and a general control means 13 which automatically allocates the materials managed by the manager for the reservation of the dealer at least based on the reservation information of the reservation accept means 12, the lending information of the lending management means 16, and the return information of the return management means 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
