<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce power consumption for a communication system including a plurality of relay systems for relaying communication between a host system and a terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring control device 140 monitors the load level of a second relay system 120, controls a power supply controller 124 so as to turn off power supply of a processing execution section 123 of a data processing unit 122 when the load level of the second relay system 120 becomes equal to or lower than a predetermined threshold, and controls a route selecting unit 111, a route selecting unit 121 and a switching device 130 so that data exchanged between each of wireless communication apparatus in a cover area 160 of the second relay system 120 and a host system are processed by the data processing unit 112 of a first relay system 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
