PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film having biodegradability which exhibits excellent adhesiveness to a base material, particularly, to a paper base material when the resin film is subjected to melt extrusion processing together with the paper base material to be stuck thereto and to provide a resin film laminate having perfect biodegradability, which is obtained by using the resin film, namely, layering the biodegradable resin film having melt extrusion processability on the paper base material without using an adhesive and an anchor coat agent. SOLUTION: The resin film having biodegradability exhibits excellent adhesiveness to the base material, particularly, to the paper base material when the resin film is subjected to melt extrusion processing together with the paper base material to be stuck thereto, and comprises a resin obtained by mixing 25-98 wt.% resin, which is produced from a petroleum-derived raw material and has biodegradability, with 75-2 wt.% polylactic acid-based resin produced from a plant-derived raw material. The resin film laminate having perfect biodegradability is obtained by layering the resin film having biodegradability on at least one surface of the paper base material.
