PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe with a light emitting device which attains a light emitting mode rich in various changes and which, accordingly, sufficiently interests children wearing the shoe in the shoe. SOLUTION: The shoe is equipped, at any position, with a light emitting unit 1 including: red, green, and blue LEDs 2-4; a battery 5 for lighting the LEDs 2-4; an LED blinking/driving IC substrate 6 for controlling blinking of the LEDs 2-4; and a switch 7 for starting the IC substrate 6 by vibration or a load. In the shoe, the light emitting unit 1 is housed in a see-through resin cover 10 arranged in the arbitrary position of the shoe and that character patterns, picture patterns, and other decorative elements 11 are expressed in the see-through resin cover 10 visibly from the outside.
