FLAT NONAQUEOUS SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat nonaqueous secondary battery excellent in reliability. SOLUTION: The flat nonaqueous secondary battery has an electrode group with a plurality of positive electrodes and a plurality of negative electrodes laminated with a separator interposed and a nonaqueous electrolyte solution in a space formed by a positive electrode case and a negative electrode case caulked via an insulation gasket interposed. The negative electrode has a body part and a collector tab part protruded from the body part, and between the electrode group and the positive electrode case, there is an insulation layer interposed, the collector tab part of the negative electrode located at an outermost part of the electrode group on the positive electrode case side is bent toward the negative electrode case side and is collected together and is welded with other negative electrode collector tab parts each other. The location where the collector tab part of the negative electrode located on the outermost part of the positive electrode case side of the electrode group is bent toward the negative electrode case side is on an battery inner side than the outer edge of the insulation layer.
