PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless transmitter capable of achieving a proper transmission of important management data and low electric energy consumption, and further to provide a data collection system and a data communication method. SOLUTION: The wireless transmitter 100 determines a level of importance of the current information transmitted for the first time, based on the temporal variation of data detected by a data detector 105. The larger the detected data variation, e.g. becomes, the more unstable the sensor condition is, then, the level of importance is determined to be high. Then, when the sensor is unstable, a data transmitting frequency is allowed to increase by shortening a data transmitting interval compared to a normal condition, raising a data compensation level. Conversely, when the sensor is stable, the data transmitting frequency is allowed to decrease by lengthening a data transmitting interval compared to a normal condition, thereby achieving low electric energy consumption.
