PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor film featuring low relative permittivity, low dielectric tangent and high withstand voltage, a manufacturing method thereof, and a capacitor. SOLUTION: The capacitor film is composed of crystalline polyolefin resin, and has a cavity inside in a state where it is not exposed to the surface. In this case, the minimum length (a) from the center of the cavity to the surface of the capacitor film and the average thickness (b) of the capacitor film satisfy the following relationship: a/b≥0.01.
