PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a problem that the operation energy of a vacuum pump is enormous, although forced suction is performed by the vacuum pump in order to generate vacuum in a conventional vacuum pumping power generation, and that a vacuum state is unsustainable due to the wear of the pump or a bearing of a generator caused by continuation of the vacuum pumping power generation and entry of outside air. SOLUTION: Water is filled into a water tank longer than a vacuum pipe, and the vacuum pipe is located horizontally in the water tank. After water is filled in the vacuum pipe, the upper part of the vacuum pipe closed by a lid is raised. The pump and the generator are of an underwater type. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
