PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coke treatment system and a coke treatment method, by which the strength of the coke under a high temperature atmosphere is finely improved. SOLUTION: The system provides a coke coating device (solution spraying device 3) for coating the coke with a thermosetting resin. By the coating, the mixture constitution of coal does not need to be changed in order to suppress coke powdering. Especially, by the use of the thermosetting resin, the strength of the coke under a high temperature atmosphere can be finely improved, and the coke powdering in a blast furnace can be effectively suppressed.
