The present invention relates to an intervertebral body fusion device in which a fusion cage, for accomplishing the fusion of the intervertebral bodies of the damaged part of a cervical spine, has a position and a direction which enable the free insertion of screws, thereby improving the accuracy of contact tightness to the cervical spine and enabling solid fusion.
