A mobile telephone (1) comprises a circuit board (70) disposed at an operation unit-side casing (2), a circuit board (80) disposed at a display unit-side casing (3), a circuit part formed on the circuit board (70) and having a ground pattern and a contact point (104), a reference potential pattern layer (75) disposed at the operation unit-side casing (2) and electrically connected to the ground pattern, a reference potential pattern layer (86) disposed at the display unit-side casing (3), and an FPC unit (101) for electrically connecting the circuit board (70) with the circuit board (80). The FPC unit (101) comprises a signal line (210) for transmitting a predetermined signal and a shield layer (240) for electrically shielding the signal line (210). The shielding layer (240) is electrically connected to the contact point (104) in the operation unit-side casing (2) and is thus electrically connected to the reference potential pattern layer (86) in the display unit-side casing (3). |
