The instrument has a spring arc shaft module (2) in form of a spring arc grasp, insertably connected with a halter-shaped or pocket-shaped angle grasp module (1), and a swingable grasp lever (3) engaged under tension of a spring arc. A spring arc leg (12) is connected with a deflection cam (7) by operation of the grasp module in a translational compression manner, so that pliers are distally arranged over a bar shaft to mechanically set a scissor-like working part (13) in motion. The angle grip module is made of electrical insulating metal-coated plastic.
