The sensor (100) has two electrodes (120, 122), which are spaced along an axial length on a substrate and arranged parallel to each other. A non comb-shaped, electrical conductive additive structure is arranged between the electrodes so that a resistance, which is measured between the electrodes, is reduced to a value of 2 mega ohms by the additive structure. The additive structure comprises a metal film, and joists. The electrodes are covered with a protecting layer (130) at an axial end of a substrate (110).
