<p>Disclosed is a coating method capable of coating a resin film on the obverse face of a core member without causing excess stress deformations in the resin film. A core member (20) is positioned in a lower chamber (2b), a protrusion (20A) being formed upon the obverse face of the core member (20), the protrusion (20A) having two inclined faces (22, 23) and a ridgeline (21). A resin film (10) is positioned so as to partition the interior space of a chamber (2). The resin film (10) is heated such that the portion to be coated on the inclined surface side with the smaller angle of inclination (23) reaches a higher temperature than the portion to be coated on the inclined surface side with the larger angle of inclination (22). The resin film (10) is stretched such that the resin film (10) bulges toward the upper chamber (2a) side. By moving the core member (20) toward the resin film (10), the ridgeline (21) of the core member (20) is brought into contact with the resin film (10). The resin film (10) is made to follow the obverse face shape of the core member (20), and the core member obverse face is coated with the resin film (10).</p> |
