<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for generating a registration information file including only the actually valid registration information based on acquired real estate registration information. <P>SOLUTION: From a real estate registration information file storing information on a title section, a section A, and a section B corresponding to registration items prescribed by the real estate registration law for each real estate, the information on the sections are obtained. A registration information file composed of at least two fields is prepared. In one field, (α) an item name acquired from the real estate information file is written. In other fields, (β) main registration information corresponding to the item name and (γ) changed/added information additionally registered in accordance with the item name are written for each item. For each section, information relating to a deleted registration item and/or information relating to an invalidated registration item are/is identified and deleted, and the (γ) changed/added information additionally registered is overwritten on the corresponding (β) information to be integrated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
