<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a replacement frequency of a horn by making the surface of the horn 2 be hardly damaged even by repeating ultrasonic welding operation. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic welding, an item obtained by forming a heat-resistant glass film 6 on the surface of the horn body via an adhesive agent 4 is used as the horn 2 giving an ultrasonic vibration to the bodies 8a and 8b to be welded that are ultrasonic welded to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
