<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism in which a promoter of an aspartate aminotransferase gene is improved to increase the expression efficiency, and to provide a method for producing L-lysine using the microorganism. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a nucleic acid molecule operably linked to a gene encoding the aspartate aminotransferase, and derived from a coryneform microorganism having an improved promoter activity; a vector including the nucleic acid molecule; a transformant transformed with the vector; and a method for producing the L-lysine using the transformant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
