<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting display device capable of improving image quality characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light-emitting display device 100 includes a plurality of sub-pixels 111, 112, 113 and 114, and each sub-pixel includes a first electrode, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and intermediate layers 1111, 1112 and 1113 arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and having a plurality of layers containing at least organic light-emitting layers.
