<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a trouble in the attachment of a tire component member (band) to a tire molding drum even if the tip of the outside extension part of a seal member is deformed. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus for molding seal packing 110 which seals a space between a bead lock segment and the tire component member is used by the tire molding drum having the bead lock segment which pushes the tire component member K to a bead B and has a mold 130 for the annular seal packing winding a belt-shaped unvulcanized seal member.
