PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably mount a zipper when manufacturing a zippered bag body. SOLUTION: In this device, right and left side edges of a band-shaped sheet serves as right and left side parts of a bag body to be formed. A zipper movement part of a zipper arrangement part 2 nips the zipper between first and second nipping bodies and moves the both nipping bodies from a zipper supply part side of the zipper arrangement part 2 to a portion between an upper sheet and an intermediate sheet piece in the direction intersecting with the movement direction of the sheet, and the zipper is arranged on the lower face of the upper sheet to cross the sheet. Both nipping bodies include pressing bodies which are linear spring materials. The pressing bodies have base end sides each fixed to the nipping body, are extended from one nipping body toward the other nipping body, are fixed obliquely with respect to the movement direction of the zipper so that the base end side are located closer to the zipper supply side, compared to the tip side, are arranged in positions different from each other in the movement direction of the zipper and allow the movement to the sheet side while suppressing return of the zipper to the zipper supply part side.
