PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifalsifying medium provided with a copy preventing function or a forgery prevention function, wherein the same reproduction as the antifalsifying medium is made difficult and the copy preventing function or the forgery prevention function which a duplicating agency has can not possess even if a reproduction is formed using copying or scanning by a scanner. SOLUTION: The antifalsifying medium is characterized in that an absorbing layer constituted of a dot latent part comprising a plurality of dots and a dot back ground part comprising a plurality of dots is provided in a state where the dot latent image part and the dot back ground part are visually undistinguishable and a selective light reflection layer optically transparent and selectively reflecting light having a prescribed wavelength is arranged in the upper part of the dot like light absorbing layer.
