PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser-driving device downsizing the device and making manual adjustment of a variable resistor unnecessary. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser-driving device includes: a photodetecting means 103 detecting the quantities of light from semiconductor lasers (multi-lasers) LD1, LD2 as luminous intensities; and a light quantity-controlling means 105 controlling the luminous intensities of the multi-lasers LD1, LD2 based on a luminous intensity detection value (a voltage) of the photodetecting means 103 and a luminous intensity set value. In the semiconductor laser-driving device, the photodetecting means 103 is constituted of a light/current converting means (a light-receiving element) PD for converting the quantities of light from the semiconductor lasers LD1, LD2 into a current and for output of it, a current magnification-setting means 17 for amplifying a monitor current Im from the light/current converting means PD at a predetermined magnification, and the detection resistor R converting the detection current from the current magnification-setting means 17 into a voltage to output it as the luminous intensity detection value. The current magnification-setting means 17 sets a plurality of magnifications as the predetermined magnification. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
