PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET/MRI equipment that enables PET measurement and MRI measurement, in a short time, and realizes enhancement high sensitivity for a PET detector, and to provide an image reconstruction system. SOLUTION: A PET/MRI equipment is constituted of a MRI equipment having a measurement port, and a PET detector which can be inserted into the measurement port, and is provided with a mechanism which allows the PET detector to slide and move into and out of the MRI measurement port, so that the PET detector comes close to a measurement target and enables performing PET measurement, at the same time as the MRI measurement.
