PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel wireless communication device which allows a user to readily select an identifier of a connection target wireless network, and a method and a program for outputting the identifier. SOLUTION: When an SSID for identifying a wireless network formed of access points 300A-300C, or the like, is displayed at a display section 170 of a multifunction device 100, an SSID transmitted from the access point 300A which does not operate in an easy-to-setup mode is distinguished from SSIDs transmitted from the access points 300B and 300C which operates in the easy-to-setup mode and is displayed.
