PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compile device capable of shortening an execution time of an object program, a compile method and a compile program. SOLUTION: The compile device 100 for generating a code for allocating a return value storage area for storing a function call return value included in an executing part of a source program SP and a code for releasing a return value storage area includes: a function call classifying part 14 for dividing a plurality of function calls used at the same time among the plurality of function calls into mutually different groups and collecting a plurality of function calls that are not used at the same time into the same group; and an intermediate code generating part 16 for generating a code for allocating a return value storage area of a prescribed size shared by the entire function calls belonging to each group by group, and a code for releasing the return value storage area.
