PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support system stimulating a break in real time, while keeping pace with an actual condition of a driver. SOLUTION: This driving support system 100 for supporting driving of a vehicle includes at least one of a liquid crystal display 5 and a speaker 6 for informing the vehicle driver of an advice to obtain the break, a wobble detecting part 3 for detecting wobble of the vehicle, a HDD 2 for storing a wobble threshold value, and a CPU 7 for determining whether a wobble frequency of the vehicle per a prescribed time exceeds the wobble threshold value or not, and controlling at least one of the liquid crystal display 5 and the speaker 6, when the wobble frequency of the vehicle per the prescribed time is determined to exceed the wobble threshold value, to inform the driver of the advice to get the break.
