PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying method of an electric apparatus case satisfying prescribed rust prevention performance even when used in a salt damage area for a long time in the electric apparatus case formed by using a steel sheet plate and to provide the electric apparatus case. SOLUTION: The thermal spraying method of the electric apparatus case is provided, including: forming an aluminum thermal spraying coated layer on a steel sheet of the surface of the electric apparatus case and a mixed thermal spraying coated layer of zinc and aluminum thereon, by performing underlayer treatment on the surface of the electric apparatus case formed by using the steel sheet 1, then making aluminum adhere thereon by thermal spraying and then making a mixture of zinc and aluminum adhere by thermal spraying.
