PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for modification of glass that can be directly applied on the surface of glass and imparts thereto antireflection, stainproof properties, electroconductivity and other functions. SOLUTION: The resin composition for modification of glass comprises a hydroxy group-bearing polyfunctional (meth)acrylate compound (a) having a molecular weight of at most 2,000, a reactive polymer (b) having a molecular weight of at least 5,000 and bearing one to five radically polymerizable groups, a phosphoric acid ester group-bearing (meth)acrylate compound (c) and colloidal silica (d).
