PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper beam structure for preventing deformation of bending to the outside of left-right side frames, by determining a position of a bumper beam by using bolts fixed to the side frames. SOLUTION: This bumper beam structure is provided by fastening the bumper beam 11 to the left-right front side frames. The bumper beam 11 has a positioning hole 31 in a right fastening part 28. The positioning hole 31 is composed of a fastening hole 32, a position regulating part 35 continuing with the fastening hole 32 and opened so as to release regulation when necessary and a clearance hole 36 continuing with the position regulating part 35 and opened long toward the central side.
