PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration system made not to supply a user with treated water of deteriorated quality as much as possible. SOLUTION: The filtration system includes a filtering means of producing treated water by catching suspended solid substances contained in raw water by a filter medium, a cleaning-action judgment means 34 of deciding if the action of cleaning the filter medium comprising a backwashing process and a water-washing process is normally completed or not, and a controller 35 that stops the production of treated water if the cleaning action judgement means 34 decides that the action of cleaning the filter medium has not normally been completed.
