PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine capable of reducing the installation cost of a gasification combined power generation plant, enhancing the reliability when operating the gasification combined power generation plant, and improving the plant efficiency, and the gasification combined power generation plant having the same. SOLUTION: The gas turbine includes a gas turbine combustor 4a for burning fuel gas, a turbine 4b to be rotated with exhaust gas to be emitted from the gas turbine combustor 4a, a rotary shaft 4d connected to the turbine 4b, and a gas turbine compressor 4c provided on the rotary shaft 4d to compress air by the drive of the rotary shaft 4d. A part of air from the intermediate position of the compression process of the gas turbine compressor 4c is extracted and guided to the gas turbine combustor 4a. The remaining air is pressurized to the pressure higher than that of the gas turbine combustor 4a, and extracted, and supplied to a gasification furnace 3 without any cooling or re-compression outside the gas turbine 4.
