A device and method for exposing vegetative biomaterial to the quantum resonance interference process to enhance at least one desired attribute of the treated vegetative material. The method includes the steps of subjecting vegetative biomaterial to a quantum interference field for an interval sufficient to interact with at least a portion of the biomaterial contained therein, and allowing the treated vegetative biomaterial to remain dormant for an interval prior to subsequent vegetative action.
