The invention relates to antiperspirant compositions for personal body care, formulated as a suspension which can be sprayed with or without a propellant, containing at least one antiperspirant substance, 0 -5 wt.% free water, based on the weight of the propellant-free composition, also at least one ester, selected from the monoesters or polyesters of lactic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid or adipic acid having a bivalent, trivalent or tetravalent alcohol with 2 to 9 carbon atoms, and at least one additional cosmetic oil which is liquid under normal conditions, as a carrier.
