The product contains certain quantity of a carbohydrate carrier replaced by wheat glows and an egg. The product contains 45-55 percent of energy in the carbohydrates, 25-35 percent of energy in fat and 15-20 percent of energy in protein. Additives incorporated to the product are selected from a group consisting of vitamins, mineral materials, micronutrient and fiber. The proteins are incorporated from an animal product i.e. milk protein, or from a plant product such as soya bean and guar pea. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a protein-rich durable small pastry.
